1. Q: Are you manufacture or trading company?
A: We are a manufacturer in Tianjin,we focus on delivering customized steel structure engineering solutions to clients worldwide, we operate two fully-equipped factories, one of which is dedicated to serving international trade.
2. Q: What is delivery time?
A: Less than 15 workdays in general. It also depends on the order quantity and design.
3. Q: What is the term of payment?
A: 50% deposit before production, balance to be paid before shipment.
4. Q: How can I get a quick quotation on my racking project?
A: For a quick quotation, please let us know the follow information:
1). The size of building: length*width*height.
2). Project location in which country.
3). Usage and amount of building.
4). Door & window quantity and size.
5). If the building has mezzanine/crane/multiple floors/irregular-shaped areas.
5. Q: Do you offer guiding installation on site overseas for the building?
A: Yes, we can provide the service of installation, supervision and training by extra.
6. Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: We provide clients in various markets with the certification documents required for building audits, such as CE certification, ISO9001 certificate, CPR certification, BCI certification, product quality certification, and fire inspection reports certified by CNAS, MA, and ilac-MRA, and more.
7. Q: What shipping options are available?
A: We support EXW, FOB and CIF. For certain countries and regions, we also provide DDP (door-to-door delivery with customs clearance for agreed destinations).
